Members at the annual June Picnic at Kettle Falls

Kettle Falls Picnic

The Kettle Falls Picnic is usually held Father's Day weekend at Kettle Falls, Washington. Mid June is usually prime time for catching walleye on the upper reaches of Lake Roosevelt. Members fish hard during the mornings and afternoons, but the evenings are all about fish stories and roasting marshmallows by the camp fire.

Congratulations to Mike catching this 32 inch walleye during the Fall Camp Out at Fort Spokane. Big fish of the weekend!

Fall Campout

The Fall Campout is scheduled for mid September and is the last big event of the season. We fish for "bragging rights" during our fishing day on Saturday. Club members share potluck supper on Saturday and a potluck breakfast on Sunday.

Our Show Booth

The club sponsors a booth at the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council Big Horn Show. This provides exposure for recruiting new members and also raises funds for the club.
