Our guest presenter, Dr. Charles Pottenger PhD will share his thoughts regarding the lower Snake River dams. His field of study is pulp and paper science. Dr. Pottenger had a 32 year career with Potlatch Corporation working and overseeing pulp/paper production at mills in Minnesota, Arkansas, and Lewiston, Idaho.
