Fishing Report March 9th

It was our first club fishing day of the year at Fort Spokane. There were 8 club boats. Fishing was very slow. Most of our boats picked up a fish or two, but walleyes were scattered at best. There were a couple highlights. Dave Painter caught and released a 7.12lb walleye on Casino Flats. Dave is a brand new member and was fishing with Doug Nathan. Great Job Guys!!! Believe it or not, this was the first walleye that Dave has caught. New member Mark McFall also bagged his first walleye fishing with Lyle Phipps and Greg Koch.
