Rufus/Steve and Julie

Julie and I went to Rufus on 3-30-13.  We launched at 8 am and fished until 5 pm. The day was spent pulling spinners and plugs of various colors and sizes anywhere fron 20 feet deep to 78 feet deep and all we got was three trout. We fished hard from the launch down to the net pens, there was absolutelty no water flow. I think that and pre spawn were our biggest problems.
