Greg and Jeff at Long Lake 5/30

My brother Jeff and I hit Long Lake to try for some bass and crappie. It seems that the recent cool and rainy weather has effected the fishing. We found 4 or 5 smallmouth bass on shallow rock structures casting tube jigs. We also caught a perch and small bass vertical jigging in 10 to 20 feet of water. My brother added a new fish species to his list, the Northern Pike Minnow. He was very excited!
