Ken and Dan - Club Fish Day at Keller Ferry 8-18

On August 20 we fished at Keller (club fish day).  It was nice to fish on a day that was less than 90 degrees.  The fishing was slow for us.  After fishing hard for 8+ hrs. we finished the day with 9 fish. The fish were 15 to 17 inches and surprisingly fat. We only caught fish in two areas, Plum Point and the mouth of the Sanpoil River, most coming from the Sanpoil.  We pulled spinners all day.  Dan caught his pulling a blue smile blade in front of yellow beads, and I caught mine with a gold blade in front of orange beads.  It was slow but we had a great day.
