Greg: Rufus Woods - 4/2

It was my first day on the water this year. I enjoyed playing with my new Humminbird with down and side imaging. It is a cool toy, but it did not help me catch any walleye...at least not today. I fished from Seaton's Grove to Nespelem Bar. I caught 7 trout, but no walleye. I had a solid hook-up near the end of the day that gave "the walleye head shake". The fish stayed down like a heavy walleye, but it came unhooked before I got it to the boat.

Several locals were fishing the same spots I was hitting with no luck either.
