Greg: Roosevelt - 9/19

I had my best September day ever on Lake Roosevelt. For years, I have struggled to catch more than a handful of fish per day during the month of September. On Thursday, we had a 40 fish day with a dozen of them in the 16 to 18 inch range. Many of the walleyes were 13 to 15 inches, but we weren’t complaining. The action was consistent for the 5 hours it took for us to find more than enough fish to clean and freeze for the winter.
