Ken L: Roosevelt - 7/21

Talked with Ken on the phone. Sounds like he has been up the Spokane Arm a couple of times in the last two weeks. On his latest trip, he and Sharon ended up with 15 keepers.  Sounds like most of the fish were caught above Buoy 5 in the vicinity of Buoy 7. A few fish were also caught in the upper portion of "The Narrows" on his way back to the launch at Porcupine Bay. In general the walleyes were between 14 and 16 inches with a couple close to 18 inches.

Ken claims that he has never seen the Arm so lightly fished as he has this summer. Last Thursday, he encountered only 3 boats fishing between Porcupine Bay and Buoy 5.
