Allan at Potholes: 1/18-19
Fished Lind Coulee on Saturday and Sunday 1-18 & 19.
Good success both days.
Caught 50+ perch in 30 FOW using mostly perch eyes and maggots for bait. Only had to throw 10 or so back which needed to grow up a bit. All the rest were 8 to 12 inches.
The largest of the day at least 14” I had out of the ice hole and she got off bounced on the ice once and dove back in the hole and swam back the bottom.
Weather: Temperatures in the low 30s and overcast each day.
