Moses, May 1st - Tom et al

May 1 Moses Lake. We were headed to the Potholes but eventually ended up at Moses..
 
Tom and Dianne, Doug and Evan and Mark and Linda, Launched at Blue Heron headed south, Gaily Island, to where Mark and Linda had fished a few days prior. Weather was beautiful, sunny, 80 degrees slight breeze. We (T&D) pulled (choke choke) white smile blades with white beads in 25-30 feet of water. Caught about 25-30 small fish ended up keeping 13 up to 13 inches. Had 16 in the live well early, but we were catching fish so I went through and culled 4 of the smaller ones. To make a long story short we, we caught several more fish but none were as big as the ones that I had already culled, so we only kept one. Hence 13...
 
D&E fished with us for a while and then headed up to the north end of the lake and met Lynn Logman and her fishing partner Paul where they met with some success up there.  M&L fished the same area as we did but the fish gods did not smile on them..
