Bob P: Banks Lake - 5/30-31

Saturday--Fished from the south end to IVO the airport.  Pitched jigs and pulled cranks.  Caught lots of fish however most were dinks.  5 keepers between 2 of us however we only filleted 4.  Healthy 27" eye (guessing 7-7 1/2 pounds) was  the big fish and was released  to  fight again another day. Water temp was in the upper 50's to high 60's back in the bays.  Weeds are also  emerging although the weed-lines are still a couple weeks away from creating definite edges.
