My father-in-law and I fished out of the Porcupine Bay launch from 10 AM to 430 PM. It was a sunny day with light winds. The walleyes were not in the same spots as my trip the week prior It took until lunch until we located and began catching fish. The bite was slow, but steady through mid afternoon. We caught 11 walleyes and kept 7. I caught and released a 21.5 inch female which was fat with eggs. The others were males or immature walleyes. Water temp 49 degrees. Water clarity about 5 feet.
