Lake Rosy

Had a tough weekend looking for eyes (3/29-31). Fridays weather was less than desirable. In addition I caught only one dink. We decided to wuss out Saturday given Fridays conditions. Went out Sunday and we each caught one. I caught a nice eater and my friend caught a nice 25" 5 lb female. I threw everything I read about for walleyes: jigs, blade baits, crankbaits, drop shot with all our few fish caught on worm harnesses. Silver and chartreuse. These fish were caught in depths of 20-25' of water. We marked fish suspending at 20-25' in various areas of the lake, but I have no idea what those suspended fish were since we could not get them to bite. The Spokane arm is not washed out, but the water level is low. You are able to launch at Porcupine or Ft. Spokane without a problem. Water temps were 38-41º. Good luck when you go out. Hopefully you do better than we did.
