Doug and Tom: Roosevelt - 10/2

Tom F. and myself (Doug N.) launched out of Porcupine at about 10 AM on Tuesday. We went directly to Blue Creek Bar in hopes that Greg had not depleted the supply of walleyes hanging around there. He had not. We fished 35 to 60 feet deep at .8 mph with almost any color, and had a fun day. We didn't see anything over 18 inches, but plenty of 14 to 17 inch fish. The action stayed steady through the day, and what started out chilly ended up t-shirt weather with little or no wind. Great "Freezer Fodder", and lots of fun.
