Ft Spokane Fishing Day- 5/18-5/19

The 18th and 19th presented a mix of weather. Water temp was about 57 Deg. I caught two walleyes, one 16 the other almost 20 inches. These were caught on a white smile blade, Nora caught two dinks on a yellow smile blade w/black spots. We missed several other bites that hit like a bass, most bites were hard hitting. Sunday, we took the Calkins (John & Shirley) out because they could not bring their boat. I pilotted, they fished. Several dinks were caught, Nora caught the whopper dink, maybe 5.5 inches stretch. John caught one 16 and two over 18. The 18’s yielded nice fillets. Oh, Saturday I caught a whopper that produced a stick and combo rod and reel. I imported Greg’s donated waypoints that are posted on the website into my Humminbird, first time we ventured up the arm that far. We all enjoyed the two days on the water. Plus, Lloyd Spooner and family caught 16 keepers.

Awesome Saturday sunset.
